Lost Nation The Wind

We took our Gose and aged it on fresh Organic grapefruit, and dry hopped it with Citra hops. For Batch 1 of The Wind we refermented the beer with Brettanomyces. The resulting beer is incredibly complex, funky, and delicious. Please take note, we will be producing bottles of The Wind on a semi regular basis available for retail, but will not be incorporating Brettanomyces. So, Batch 1 is a rare opportunity to see the complexities that Brettanomyces imparts to an already wonderful beer. The Wind; Batch 1 has been cellaring for 6 months and full of flavor.
